We want you to love every Venora Eva purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Sale items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

How to return:

Contact us at support@venoraeva.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
